The Baltimore County community is mourning the deaths of Donielle Mack and Izick Aminartey, both 19, after the young victims were found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds inside a vehicle at the Waterford Landing Condos in Essex.
According to Baltimore County Police, officers were initially dispatched to the unit block of Banyan Wood Court shortly after 11 a.m. following a report of a vehicle crash. When officers arrived, they discovered a vehicle that appeared to have collided with a parked car.
Inside the vehicle, police found Mack and Aminartey, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Aminartey was pronounced dead at the scene. Mack was transported to an area hospital for treatment but later died from her injuries.
Following the deaths, investigators classified the incident as a double homicide.
